Terms and Policies

Last updated: October 2025. These terms cover use of the Blow Dry Express website and bookings made for Blow Dry Express services.

Deposits, cancellations and no shows

By booking a service you confirm that you agree to pay any required deposit and understand that you may be charged the full price of the service if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, do not attend your appointment, or arrive more than 10 minutes after the start of your appointment.

Use of the website

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis. Blow Dry Express may withdraw, vary or suspend the website or any part of it without notice. Information on the website is provided for general information only and should not be treated as professional advice outside the services booked with us.

Promotions

Prize competitions, special offers and other promotions may have separate terms. If those terms conflict with these terms, the promotion-specific terms apply for that promotion.

Public health

Please do not attend an appointment if you have symptoms of a communicable disease. Blow Dry Express may apply reasonable salon entry, hygiene and payment requirements to protect customers and staff.

Intellectual property

Blow Dry Express reserves all intellectual property rights in this website, its name, logo, service marks, trading names and content. You must not reproduce, publish, scrape, frame or commercially exploit website content without written consent.

Third party links and booking platforms

This website links to third party services, including Fresha and Google Maps. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Blow Dry Express is not responsible for the content or availability of third party websites.

Payment

Payment for any hairdressing, grooming service or product is due immediately at the end of the treatment unless otherwise agreed. Deposits and payments in advance are non-refundable after 24 hours from payment or within 24 hours of the appointment.

Long hair and extensions

There is an additional charge for long hair and hair extensions where extra products or additional time are needed. This should be clarified with your stylist before the appointment begins.

Out of hours and off-site work

Additional charges may apply for services outside standard hours or outside the salon. Please clarify these with your stylist or Blow Dry Express before the appointment begins.

Complaints

Complaints should be emailed to info@blowdryexpress.co.uk with full details. Blow Dry Express will acknowledge complaints within five working days and provide a likely timescale for resolution.

Applicable law

The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over claims arising from this website or Blow Dry Express services. English law applies.
